I launched an internal newsletter to strengthen employee engagement and improve communication across teams. What began as a single-location effort quickly expanded to three locations nationwide. The newsletters featured company news, internal updates, health and safety tips, employee activities, recipes, and other engaging content. This project created a consistent and inclusive channel for connection and building a strong culture.
